Theresa Webb designs the parts of a product nobody thinks about, which is how she knows they are working. Ten years in, across Northlane and Verdian, she has led teams on products used by millions, and she still starts every project the same way: watching one person try to get one thing done.
Her courses run in that order. Research first, then structure, then the interface, then the system that holds it together once a team grows past three people. Accessibility is built in from the first sketch rather than audited at the end, because retrofitting it costs more and works less well.
